We want you to love what you ordered. If something isn’t right, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility

Because most of our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns unless:

  • The item arrives damaged

  • You received the wrong product

  • The print or product quality is defective

To request a return or refund, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at Cyber@lowsignalx.com. Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and a clear photo if applicable.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind

  • Incorrect size ordered

  • Products with signs of wear or damage post-delivery

Refund Process

Once your issue is approved, we’ll either:

  • Ship you a replacement at no extra cost

  • Or issue a full or partial refund to your original payment method

Refunds are typically processed within 3–5 business days.
